Dear NCAA. Its almost 2017 and you cant even manage live streaming from your app. Every SINGLE time Ive tried to watch a non-revenue sport live stream (currently trying to watch the 2016 mens water polo championships) the stream fails.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
